The loops are nontoxic, lightweight and are color-coded for easy-recognition and streamlined specimen handling.

Reusable loops feature options with and without lightweight aluminum handles, constructed of high-quality nichrome wire which cools rapidly after sterilization, and the added benefit of additional insulation for hand protection.
